Visiting through the interior of Atelier Pare you will have a chance to admire our large selection of handmade wood sculptures created by the artists and friends of the workshop, watch, talk to and meet the artist as they create wood sculptures before your eyes, as well as browse our collection of books and magazines that focuses on wood sculpture and the legends of Quebec.
Visitors are invited to observe and ask questions to the artists on site and at work. They will be happy to explain their artistic approach, to touch, feel and smell the wood and other materials.

En entrant, on peut y découvrir un espace d’accueil dédié à son créateur, le maître-sculpteur Alphonse Paré, une exposition d’oeuvres traditionnelles et contemporaines, un espace d’atelier de production et de création, une boutique de vente offrant des objets fait à la main et un jardin de sculptures légendaires.
Les visiteurs sont invités à observer et à questionner les artistes au travail, sur place, en processus de création ou de production. Ceux-ci se feront un plaisir d’expliquer leur démarche artistique, de faire toucher et sentir le bois et la matière.
