What an amazing shop. You can taste EVERYTHING.
The quality and diversity of their products is outstanding, anything from premium Italian Extra Virgin Olive oil, to Maple balsamic. You can create cocktails with different vinegars and oil, that can really change how you see the standard ‘oil and vinegar’
They even have tasting notes, crush dates and specs on the individual oils, so you can see why one oil tastes different than another.
The staff is really helpful and they all seem to love olive oil!
They also carry various spreads and toppings for cheeses, bread or to just eat alone on the couch with a spoon.
They have some bottles prepackaged, but they also do bottling at the store if you want a different size of something.
We purchased 1 bottle of the Coratina Italian Olive Oil, 1 bottle of Meyer Lemon Olive oil, and 1 bottle of Maple Balsamic.
What a great find, highly recommended if you are in the area on vacation or in on a cruise ship!
