Good service
I ordered the veal Parmesan just now so this review is based on that.
— value: 3.5÷5− tiny Kaiser sandwich (I have a small appetite) but came with cheese free of charge
— taste: 1⁄5 — veal tasted gross and over cooked
— also cut too thick
I judge an Italian hot table by its veal parmesan. And this veal Parmesan was straight up bad. Then again I am spoiled by my options in the GTA like California sandwiches.

I live in St. Catharines and wanted to grab a quick dinner to go. I’ve frequent here before to grab deli and authentic pasta sauces and the occasional meal to go. Today I decided to grab dinner where first thing walking in I was surprised of the openness of the grocery area. I believe the ownership was recently changed where the changes were surprising. I order honey garlic chicken in replacement to the lemon chicken which I loved. The chicken was over cooked and the sauce was okay. I order the chicken in. Meal where the portion size was surprising as I was expecting more. I remembered anti pastos serving huge portion sizes and hot food. I also order gnocchi and meatballs where the gnocchi didn’t taste the same as I remembered it. Overall, not sure if my experience this time is fair given my previous experience were much better and memorable.

Decent food, ordered take out. This place was really hyped up to me and it didn’t meet expectations. Veal was overcooked, their ravioli, lasagna and gnocchi was average. Caesar salad with onions? That’s new to me. The best part was the chicken parm.
