Newly established winery in 20 valley region. Thomas Bachelder is the manager and winemaker here. He got awarded for Canada’s 2009 winemaker of the year.
Tasting rooms were nice and modern, it was empty when we visited. Rose was crisp and refreshing. Chardonnay was too fruit forward for my taste. Reserve Pino noir 2012 was nice to drink, 2012 Pinot noir grand reserve was good but I felt it’s bit pricey. Their 2011 Pinot noir reserve were sold out.
Staff who helped our tasting was very knowledgable.
It’s still new winery. They have very high potential to become one of the well-​known winery in the area. It will be interesting to visit seasonally and see how they grow.
