We came here to buy a variety of goodies to fix Mum’s house and were overwhelmed by how the staff was knowledgeable, nice and ready-​to-​help. I say overwhelmed because not one moment went by, from the second we entered the store, where there wasn’t someone there helping us find what we needed. A special kudos to the boys in the plumbing department! We had a couple of tough issues and they were amazing! They found all of our tough items, made suggestions to help our home task be a bit easier, directed us to a rental tool that we didn’t know was necessary and made our shopping trip super successful! That doesn’t mean the rest of the shop wasn’t spot-​on too because it was.
I’m a big fan of Home Depot in the states and they’ve made me a fan of HD Canada!

Great front line staff. Poor stock. .. very poor stock. Asked Steve the manager to call me so I could order an attachment for a tool I bought there. No response, no attachment. Later went to Sleggs and ordered it there. .. delivered from Saltspring island the next day. Sleggs have their shit wired tight. kb
