Service is a bit slow for this location. 4 people working but 1 only making coffees as the other 3 take orders? Strange process. ordering was quick and easy but waiting for a latte was quite a wait. 13 mins to be exact from after I paid till it got in my hand. Latte tasted fine just like it does at any other Starbucks.

I came here a lot. To the point where every employee knew my name and the drink I was going to order. For the most part, the staff here are efficient, funny, and know what they’re doing. I’ve had a few experiences with slow service or the wrong drink, but all-​in-​all it is a good Starbucks and the only decent coffee option in the immediate area: Tim Hortons is always busy and barely qualifies as coffee, and the Second Cup at CrossIron really sucks.
