First stop in Quebec, where Highway 401 becomes Autoroute-20 toward Montréal. Quiet Welcome Center/Rest Stop. The Caesar Salad from St-Hubert Express and some Tim Hortons coffee will get you through the hour drive to Montréal.

This rest stop at Rivière-Beaudette is the first rest stop on the highway when you pass the Ontario/Quebec border. Smallish with food court style seating, with just a Tim Horton and St Hubert’s in this location if you want some hot food. Surprisingly the convenience store is open even at 4 am if you want to load up on monster sized beers, wine and much much more… so quiet here, great to have a power nap before heading back on the road again.
