Customer service is what drives me to return to buy products at stores. The manager at this store, Danny is not very friendly. I often come here because of the convenience, however, I cannot overlook the fact that Danny does not hold the qualities of a good businessman. He is rude, not welcoming towards returning customers and has a major attitude problem. Which tells me why their business has gone downhill. I myself am so glad I found a new place to buy Chinese health food!
