Terra Plants & Flowers

The online store has an incredible variety of flowers to order although is a little useless when the fine print says may not be available but will give something equivalent/​similar. Therefor what i ordered did not match the picture and even though I upgraded the bouquet to the next size up it was a lot smaller than it appeared online. I did however have really good communication with the store and they returned my email promptly when i needed to clarify a few things regarding my order and they delivered the flowers by the time needed. Overall, I thought it was overpriced for what was received and I don’t think I would use their services again.

I ordered online for my co workers birthday and the flowers were delivered (with no additional cost) within an hour of the order! My co worker said they were beautiful and I cannot believe how easy the whole process was.

More like Terrable Plants & Flowers. Buyer Beware!!! Don’t be fooled by this establishment’s fancy rating, and 100% satisfaction guarantee. NOT as advertised. I recently purchased an orchid plant from this shop and despite following the store’s explicit care instructions, it withered and died within only a few weeks, many of the bulbs even wilted and dropped before they opened. The plant was a present for my wife, so of course I attempted to contact the owner to help me rectify the situation. It took 3 calls into the store before I was able to reach the owner/​manager, but even once I did she proved to be even less helpful than the store’s return/​exchange policy. Not only was she extremely unsympathetic, but she rudely ended our phone conversation by hanging up on me. I genuinely cannot understand any proprietor that condones this sort of customer service, especially when you’re in the business of selling overpriced flowers to begin with. Please do yourself a favour and avoid Terrable plants and flowers at all costs. I don’t normally write negative review for any local businesses, but I feel the need to prevent anyone else from having to go through the same ordeal that I recently did with this shop.

I contacted Terra Plants & Flowers yesterday to organize a delivery for my Mother’s Birthday, and I was very pleased with the service I received. They were very friendly, they openly provided me with the flexibility to customize the arrangement, and they made the delivery extremely easy to set up. I have had poor experiences in the past where I have ordered flowers over the phone/​online and they turned out far from the description or web image. Today’s experience was not like that. This flower shop did a fantastic job with my order. They sent a beautiful arrangement today to my mother’s office. Please see the photo I uploaded (It’s called the Rosy Birthday Present on their website). The price of the arrangement was great, and the delivery fee was only $ 12. I would recommend this and order from them again in the future.

I needed to send a friend in Vancouver a bouquet and I was confused by the variety of flower shops in Vancouver. There are so many and a person has a hard time knowing which ones will be good. I saw that Terra Plants and Flowers was close to where my friend lives so I called and spoke with a lady there who was so polite and so patient with my request. I was surprised because even though I called just before they were closing, the lady was so helpful and seemed really excited about getting the arrangement tailored to my specifications (which were quite complex!).
When my friend got the flowers, she was so excited and sent me a photo of the arrangements. They were great and exactly how I described them on the phone. I really recommend this place to people looking for a quality flower shop and a

I’m really not a «flowers» sort of person but the bf has been getting them for me so often that i’m *starting* to appreciate how lovely it is to have a bouquet around once a while! Thus, I pounced on a groupon for this place.
They can customize most anything and are really considerate in taking out white flowers — but the «big hug» arrangement recieved was a wee bit smaller than what you expect from online. But then again, considering the groupon price I was impressed.
They also give a handy travelling box for your car/​if you’re taking the canadaline (which is conveniently located right outside!)
