Think the time they open has changed as was second in line at 4:35am(US security check didn’t open until 4:30am). They told us to wait 15 minutes. Finally opened at 4:50am. They are understaffed as one of the workers called another location and that location only had 2 ppl. You need at least 2(1 for cash, 1 to make the drink) Luckily I was second as I got my coffee pretty quick. The quality is the same as other locations, just they need better planning for staff.

Poorly understaffed. The longest wait for a coffee ever. Arrived in line at 4am, they were to open at 4:15. I was 4 th from the beginning of a massive lineup. It still took 20+ mins to get my coffee. Very un impressed. The Starbucks location pre security is much more efficient.

Line was long, but that seems fairly normal for this airport. The downside to my visit here was not being able to redeem my rewards or use my Starbucks card. Their computer system is down and I won’t be able to get a star . Also there was a seemingly new barista at the helm and no one else was there to help her. She was a bit lost on how to make my order, iced soy chai with a shot, not the simplest but definitely not the hardest order out there. The manager was putting up a poster behind the counter, which seems like a stupid task to do when the line is that long and all the other workers are busy taking orders, grinding beans, etc. Overall the drink turned out fine. Just bad luck coming here when the system is down and the workers were all in a tizzy.

What is the best thing to get at the tail end of your Canada trip? Coffee, of course! I had just cleared customs, and I was running low on the caffeine. Fortunately, airports are never lacking in Starbucks locations. I found this one on my way to my terminal, and I ordered a grande iced latte from them. The staff was friendly and in a very good mood. They got my latte to me in no time. The latte was ok, but not as tasty as usual, so I docked one star. The rest of the experience was great, however. And I appreciate being able to get my caffeine boost before takeoff.

The staff on Tuesday 7 pm are truly the best staff starbucks has. None of them is a snob. They smile a lot … and competent

Easily the worst starbucks I’ve ever been to. 5 employees working and they couldn’t get an iced coffee to me. Instead they were just standing around talking to one another. It’s not even that they were bad at their jobs — they just had no interest in doing them. It was surreal.

This Starbucks is up and down with their line up. Sometimes they’re really busy but the line moves fairly quickly. Sometimes it’s dead with only a couple people in line. The ladies at the counter have always been super helpful and nice. You don’t have to wait long for drinks either.

If you don’t need to catch the flight and feel like to enjoy coffee. This is the best coffee shop you can find in the airport! Usually pretty busy and line up at the morning! The service is fast and never go wrong for Starbucks coffee.

It is a small SB. Not a lot in terms of selection, however, they’re open late. They’ve been the saving grace for my best friend and I when we take the red eyes out to LA or other destinations. Don’t ask for anything too complicated, it’s just an airport SB.

It’s late, the hub-bub has receded into the night and all is calm & quiet. Enter me and my mood for a latte. The gal is friendly and made a nice grande SF vanilla latte with whole milk(slight drizzle on the cup, oops?). The food options looked pretty standard and are usually hit-or-miss with these kiosk-style places, I’ve noticed. They could also better wipe the tables, too. Located in an open area of the terminal with nice seating makes it more appealing to visit.

They don’t accept the stars here which is unfortunate at such a $$$ place but at least the lines go fairly fast and they are close to the bathrooms. The sandwiches almost look worth eating(at least the turkey and cheddar do) but the subs are tough and old looking. They are $ 7.50 a piece tho, so it would almost be worth it to smuggle one in past customs.(I said almost.) For the amount that I travel, it’s not really worth losing my nexus over. Bonus that they will give you water when you ask – unlike Chicago, Lax, or most US hubs. But in typical airport fashion, they are a little grumpy, especially this time of year, which is why they only receive a three from me. And they at least let you pay with your phone by scanning it now.(In the past, you’d have to read off your number.) *Note* — for the longest time I was checking in at domestic; someone needed to add one here! I’m pretty much a regular.
