Spike Lounge & Grill

First off, I have not golfed here so I can’t say anything about the course itself.
The food was surprisingly good and the service was good too, even if they appeared to be a little understaffed. My server, a lady named Marie, was sweet as pie and was very apologetic for our food taking a little longer than normal. Even though it was busy and it looked like there was only two servers, both of them seemed very attentive to all their tables, refilling drinks etc. MAD PROPS to those ladies!

I was hungry and driving by, so on an impulse I popped in for lunch. I hadn’t been to Greenacres in many years, but I did remember enjoying ‘pubstyle’ lunches there before.
This was a so-​so visit. I was very disappointed in the food, with my Chicken Quesadilla coming out soggy, and with a minute portion of chicken. I only ate about half. I am hopeful that the other menu items are better prepared.
The upside is that the serving staff were great. I was looked after by Olivia, and she was friendly, cheerful, and did a superb job.
I won’t go out of my way to go back here, but if I’m in the area I just might pop in and give them another chance, due to the friendly service, and the fact that I’m an eternal optimist. I will not, however, be ordering the chicken quesadilla.

This place is a hidden gem. All the food appears to be made in house instead of out of a frozen box. Yum!
