All I was told: $ 75/​hr. Ended up being charged $ 175 for a simple 20-​minutes fix (battery change). I wasn’t able to reason with the tech guy because his English was barely understandable. Emailed the coordinator ‘Maria’ several times and she finally replied today. Simply rejected my requests. No apologies/​refund whatsoever.
