Round Table Pizza

Ordered here a couple of times last week. Their 2 for 1 is a great deal. LOTs of toppings.

When I think pizza, I think round table pizza. Any other choice is forced upon me by the poor choices of others or out of necessity due to time or convenience.

The quality and quantity of Round Table Pizza has definitely declined in the fast few years, with their pizzas now being quite thin, oily and light.
We used to indulge in their fully loaded pizzas and become stuffed after 2 slices, but it seems that everything has shrunk in size. The price is still decent as you can order 4 large pizzas for approximately $ 65 and easily feed a dozen or so people. My favourite pizza of the night was Tropical Hawaiian.
I would say that they’re quite quick when making their pizzas. They only require 30 minutes in advance notice but the pizzas are usually done within 20 minutes or so.
Tip: They send coupons in the mail for $ 2.00 off pick up.

We order from here regularly. Pizza is good… but the quality is very poor and their prices are inconsistent. Sometimes it’s hard to understand and communicate with the phone operator. You are definitely guaranteed the shits for the following day if you have their pizza. Often times we get MSG overload here, so you may get a bloated face the next day.
not a lot of good things to say, but for some reason we keep coming back. haha.

very good pizza, pizza is very well cooked/​well done to the state that the crust is kind of crunchy, I cant find another pizza that has this kind of awsome dough. i am loving it.
and look at the toppings, its got lots, the chef is not a selfish guy.
this is my only choice for pick up or delivery pizza in Richmond.
others major brands are pretty much garbage.
and they opens late, that means you can still have good pizza late at night when only MCD, #9, or Phở who, TimH are left open.

Go with the house special with banana peppers and extra sauce. And always ask for it to be well done. Best pizza in town!

I love this pizza place for delivery. Great pizza. Best place to order pizza by far especially for ham and pineapple pizzas. They recently increased the price of delivery and I haven’t given them any business since they did that. If they were to charge less I’d give them 5 stars again.

One of the best Pizza Joints in Richmond!
Last night we ordered the Taco & The Spicy Meat Lovers Special, Both were FABULOUS! even though it is a little more pricey than it’s competitors, I still think it is worth it.
I would recommend this pizza to anyone.

This is the best pizza joint in Richmond hands down. Affordable menu, delicious, savoury, great quality pizza with lots of toppings.

I really like their pizza, very tasty. Better than a lot of the other pizza places which we will no longer be using. Tons of toppings.

Delivery guy is an idiot
They don’t bring change, and they blocked my buddy’s neighbor’s driveway, pissing them off.
Pizza was delicious, but the guy on the phone seems to be socially stupid as he didn’t know how to respond properly to questions about payment.

Good pizza from what looks to be a family business and not a big chain! It’s not fancy or gourmet but you can expect lots of delicious cheese and plenty of toppings. Roundtable was a big hit at our table!

Went down hill the new store is even worse than the original one. Must be new owners the place use to actually be good believe it or not! Don’t order there is you want quality food! There is much better places around!

The pizza here is delicious, especially their Hawaiian with bacon! I usually receive my delivery pizza within 30 minutes of ordering it and I’ve never been unsatisfied by the pizza itself.
Something that really ticks me off about this place is their customer service. I would order here much more if they weren’t trying to rip their customers off! They have coupons often on the cover of the Richmond News and i used them a couple times when ordering two medium pizzas. The third time I called about a week later and this time the man on the phone told me I couldn’t use my coupon unless I ordered two large pizzas. Nowhere on the coupon did if say that. Another time using a coupon $ 7 off I wasn’t pleased to find that they charged me $ 7 more then regular pricing and when the delivery man came to the door he couldn’t explain why and couldn’t give me a copy of the receipt. They say their pizza is 2 for 1 but one large is around $ 19 and 2 large are about $ 33.
If this place didn’t have such horrible customer service, I would recommend it to everyone because the pizza is one of the best in richmond.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I ordered by phone, and was told that it would be ready in 20 minutes. Upon arrival, the pizzas were not ready or even made. I asked the staff if there was perhaps a different location where my order could have gone, and they replied «no, this is the only location in Richmond». They took my order again and told me to wait 7 minutes, and I complied without a single complaint. When I finally got home, my vegetarian greek pizza had a layer of salami under the cheese. When I called back to tell them what had happened, they refused to refund me the cost of the pizza as I did not want it anymore (well not from this place at least). I do business with people that respect the aspects of business. If I pay for a good, I expect that good to be precisely what I ask. I understand that mistakes happen, but this is outrageous.

Ordered a pizza here and they screwed up all the toppings, spoke to John the manager and he did not even know what kind of toppings that the pizza had. Big disappointment, terrible service and pizza was cold on delivery

Double cheese and double pepperoni delivered right to the thompson basketball courts. Nicely done! SOOOOO much Cheese. I will do this same process again in the future.

Generous with its toppings, but the crust was ok, in fact, a bit soft/sogginess…just average, good enough to order again, yet not so bad that one wouldn’t return, if that makes sense.

When I moved to Richmond, I found Round Table just around the corner. They add a good amount of toppings and it tastes good. It can be greasy, but I don’t find it overly greasy for thick slices with a fair bit of cheese.
The staff has always been friendly. I always pick up since I live close. Usually they have it ready within 15 to 20 minutes. Haven’t tried delivery yet.
