Mediocre customer service. I just stopped by today to purchase a new SIM card and was greeted by… oh never mind nobody greeted me. The staff there were too busy chatting on their phone to properly do their job. They made me pay for the SIM card and linked it to my account and quickly shoved me off and started chatting among themselves while I was still standing there putting my card in the phone. I don’t know if all stores are this bad now, but I’m definitely not impressed by this one.

Just shows you how these franchises don’t provide uniform, standard service unless they’re getting your $$$ lol. Tried to get my phone warrantied, but she sure didn’t seem like she wanted to help; reminded her that i’m within my 1 year warranty on my Note 1; they just have to bill Rogers for whatever repairs they need to get done. Anyways, she was nice enough to get rid of me by suggesting another store in DT that would offer better choice of loaner phones, which makes sense in terms of more quantities available.
