Patrick the sales consultant is the most friendly sales guy I have ever dealt with. He is patient and really works for me to get me the best price.

I want there on Sunday, the employee Patrick Nguyen is really good. He is patient and give us good advice. It really helps a lot.

Rick H. helped us out during our visit, and ensured the entire purchase process was very smooth. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and I would definitely recommend him — and the dealership — to a friend if they were in the market for a new car!

As an auto dealership it’s convenient as it has most of the major players under one roof. When I was buying a car it made it easier for me to decide ’cause I had more options and make under one roof. The set up was easy to follow and the «testing path» was bare and quiet so you can be one with the car.

I tried to purchase a new Jeep from them a few months ago combined with a trade in. It started off ok. But in the end, I was mislead (I am being kind using that word) about the trade-​in information, the price that was originally quoted changed, etc. Overall it was a horrible experience, and was the very reason why Car Dealers have a bad reputation.
I can only say that the experience was horrible and will never buy anything from them. In the end, I went to another dealer which was honest and respectful and they got my business.

We are from the states and had a very unfortunate fender bender in Vancouver in our brand-​new Tourag. The VW dealer contracted the repair out to Richmond Chrysler. We had to send for the car 1.5 weeks after. The collision meant the whole front-​end had to be rebuilt (not the engine). They let the car sit and get tree sap stains all over the front of the car – so my paint actually got worse after it left the shop. Also, every piece the painted and spray drips. THERE WERE DRIPS all over every piece they painted – I can’t believe this. Also, they actually left painters tape wedged in between a few of the moldings. Because our insurance is US and this was in Canada, we were not able to get reimbursed for faulty repairs. In effect now we have to pay for the crappy work they did in the first place. I do think the people are nice in the service department, but ultimately they didn’t take care of it like they should. They were only willing to do a wet sand on the car and not repaint – they didn’t want to spend enough money to bring the car back to its original state – liked they were paid to – which I might add was also a very large bill to the insurance. So now I have faint paint drips that still appear, just much much less noticeable because it was only wet sand. In addition they never fixed the horn/​alarm systems. It hasn’t worked since then. Now our car has been broken into. THIS IS BY FAR MY WORST EXPERIENCE DEALING W/​ANY AUTO REPAIR SHOP in my life. Now with the alarm/​horn I don’t even know if they’ll pay for that. I do feel that people who treat people this way will get their Karma.
One other thing if I worked in a body shop. I’d work there because I liked doing body work, took pride in the work I did, and assume the responsibility for my work. It it’s my job to restore a car to it’s previous, pre-​accident state. If I didn’t I certainly would take care of any work and/​or pay for any work that was sub standard. In my job I’m held accountable, why not here???
Also they double billed me on my deductible which was 1K. It took weeks for them to reconcile and take off my account.
TRUST me DO NOT USE AUTOBODY SHOP. Nice people, horrible work, and definitely no desire to take care of people if their customers aren’t taken care of w/​good work the first time around.
