The business was open right at 10am which is wonderful. I was greeted by a very courteous and professional young lady. I explained that I needed to have my work boot repaired and she had no problem with it. I had to get an eyelet replaced. I was so surprised with the fact that it was not only done by the next day but it was at a very reasonable cost. And the bonus was that she was able to match the exact eyelet that belonged to that boot. Awesome!!! I’ll come back here for all future shoe repairs and key copying services among other things. Thank you.

The address is now 8155 Park Road, behind the Japanese restaurant Torarenbo. Excellent workmanship. I have been going to the repair shop for than a decade (since the Richmond Center days). I couldn’t be happier with the results of a recent repair.

Probably one of the best shoe repair places in Greater Vancouver! Prior to trying them, I went to Tony’s in Kerrisdale (whose service I must say was not very polite nor very good), but after going there I decided to give this place a try and I have to say, the previous review doesn’t do justice for this place.
I’ve gone there to get refurbishments, topies, heel replacements, heel counter replacements (all for mens dress shoes)…they pretty much do everything, and there hasn’t been a single thing I’ve had them do that hasn’t turned out amazingly. A friend of mine has also sent in pretty much every type of shoe you can imagine, and they also turned out fantastic, doing everything from topying a pair of nearly-​dead sandals to buffing out a coffee stain on a pair of white boots.
The inside of the store is also extremely clean for any shoe care place I’ve seen before, and the service is always extremely polite and they get their work done in a very timely manner. If you’re looking for a cobbler in Greater Vancouver, look no further!
