No front desk at the time we arrived. The Manager came out, she was with a hilariously bad customer service, and was not able to respond to our question. I don’t care what quality of product they have, but with that customer service, I doubt that I’ll ever order from them.

Excellent EXCELLENT customer services. When I was in the market for making new print alliances, Trish was the ONLY person that was receptive to my questions. Not only that, but I was invited to do a tour of the facilities and was given pick of the crop in their print samples room. I will definitely be sending my clients to Rhino because of her… and of course the quality and calibre of product they offer.
