All the toppings were badly kept, all the fruit was discoloured and mushy and going bad and they still left the stems on the blueberries so you can’t even eat them without picking them off. All the chocolate toppings were melting and clumped together… I didn’t have any toppings on my yogurt this time… Never coming back here again… Makes me wonder how well they stored the yogurt as well. Yuck

This place is horrible. The menu items are awfully displayed, you can’t even read the descriptions under the smoothie names. I wanted to order the Acai drink but they were out of almond milk, and I don’t drink milk so the only option was water. Yet the drink is advertised as «with milk or Almond milk!» The girls working at the counter were busy chatting and seemed annoyed to have to address a customer. When I asked questions about the drinks they weren’t too helpful. This was the strangest experience I’ve ever had, we ended up walking out and not ordering anything. Wouldn’t recommend, bad service, weird store layout all in all strange concept.

Very annoyed when I asked for an extra spoon so I could share with my toddler son that they now charge 25 cents?!

This location is actually better than Metrotown as it is slightly bigger and they seem to have more topping options. The pumpkin one is horrible but it’s seasonal, therefore, it won’t be an issue by the time you go. I do encourage you to sample as some of the flavors sound good on paper but taste really really horrible. Their menu here is a bit more extensive in terms of eats, however, would just stick to getting fro yo. Lots of comfy seating. Great customer service. Wasn’t too much of a fan of the waffle as it was too dry.

Extra 25cents for another spoon and napkin? Really?

Qoola, where have you been for the last 29 years? Your chocolate and pomegranate frozen yogurt was AMAZING. The frozen yogurt here is almost gelato like, it’s so creamy. I know, I know. The frozen yogurt at Qoola is probably stuffed with extra sugar but I don’t care. Ladies, I get it now. This s**t is addicting! Will definitely visit again.

This place is going downhill :(first they got rid of their freshly prepared salads and sandwiches and replaced with packaged food. They also stopped selling soup(which was so reasonably priced). And now they changed their operating hours to match the mall so more late night fro yo. They are always empty when I walk past, it makes me sad.

4 stars for the ambience and size, it’s the biggest one so far. Nice lounge seating and communal tables with bar stools. Plus they also prepare sandwiches too, organic and use their yogurt as sauces too. Wish a big chain like them would accept AMEX. Very nice store and like how I can work on my laptop. hand sanitizer in the back.

Enjoy Qoola Plus a lot. it makes a nice change from most of the dessert snacks that you see around, and the overall look of the store is very interesting. The fruit is fresh, the choice is great(It’s up to you!), and is wonderful on a summer day.

Belgium Waffle 3.5÷5 — I was hoping for a fresh one instead of reheating it from the display case. The waffle was richer than average. I would say it was a mix of Belgium and Liege waffle(denser than regular but fluffier than Liege). The light syrup made it crispier with no icing sugar. It was still sweeter than what I want. Service was good since the girl brought it over to our table. Frozen Yogurt 4⁄5 — I’ve been there once for their grand opening. I thought the flavours were not as tart as they used to be. More like ice-cream than yogurt. This is good for somebody who doesn’t want it to be be that sour.

Hint: Qoola is cheaper than Pinkberry! The smallest size at Pinkberry is $ 6.30. At Qoola, I can get the same amount for $ 3.00. Also I love how you can scoop your own toppings. This Qoola also has pizza, sandwiches, and cakes, which I haven’t tried. Great lounge area and bar table.

I’ve visited this Qoola in Richmond Centre a handful of times with friends; it’s our little alternative to bubble tea now and then. The staff is tentative when we approach the yogurt bar and the store is chic and comfortable. Sadly there’s lots of fruit flies around the store during my visits, and I spent so much time keeping the bugs away from my food and mouth.
