Can’t say enough for these guys had a cylinder lock out of my 1994 Cutlass trunk. Broadway Locksmith let me down and said lock would be re-​keyed in an hour and a half. They didn’t even call me and let me know that it would now be the next day. Not good when your deck lid is now flopping around.
Found these guys on Unilocal and the guy there re-​keyed my lock immediately. Excellent!
When I asked how much they said don’t worry about it. I left him a nice tip for helping me out. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys.
Next day I went by there again with a new key I got cut at Dueck on Marine that didn’t work these guys took the burrs of it.

I was calling around for prices and I called Key West Locksmith. The woman that answered was pleasant and provided prices that seemed reasonable. When I asked to schedule an appointment, she transferred me to the locksmith that was going to do the job (I’m assuming it’s the owner).
When he got on the phone; he was rude, seemed annoyed and just cranky. I indicated what I needed and tried to schedule a time (he was very rude when providing a time). He then quoted an outrageous amount per lock. This was not the going rate and not the rate the woman provided just 2 minutes ago. I mentioned this to him and indicated The quote was different and indicated I didn’t want to use him since he jacked up the price. Talk about dishonest! Erkks me that businesses are so shady.

Very Good, price, quality, and service — all done in a timely manner. Been there twice. Once for ignition rekeying, and today to have a locked gas cap removed from my LandRover. The young man had it done in five minutes today. Doesn’t get any better than that !

I honestly can’t say enough nice things about this business. Seriously.
I like to save money (who doesn’t?) so I called literally 10+ different locksmiths to get a quote for labor and parts (new lock, additional keys, rekeying for a newly purchased home). Key West was hands down the best deal out of all the ones I called. I didn’t even have to ask for a discount because they were already priced well below the competitors.
I scheduled my appointment, the guy showed up early. There were some problems with the door itself and so the job that was supposed to take under 60 minutes took well over two hours. I was expecting to be charged extra for labor since it’s not his fault the door’s extra thick and the pre-​existing lock was difficult to rekey, but they didn’t charge me a dime for the extra time.
Got a Mul-​T-​Lock and an additional key, and had two locks rekeyed with additional keys as well. The price was outstanding. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know who needs a locksmith. Great service (super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable) and great price.
