The worse manager and the worst sevice I ever met!!!
The Chinese Sale person was Ok BUT the rest of the sevice… was HORRIBLE!!!
First, a day before the delivery date, we called to confirm the delivery time and the lady on the phone told me the driver phone # and asked me to call to the driver tomorrow at 12pm. OKay! on the delivery date at 12pm, I called to the driver to confirm my orders and asked about the delivery time, and he said: «yes», he would come in the evening time. Then I waited… waited…and waited… until 6:00pm I called to the driver and finally he said he was coming. I told him my address and he sounded like not sure something… and said he would call me back in 5 mins. After 10mins, still had not recieved call from him then I tried to call him back but no one answer! Then I called to the store and the sales (Peter) said he would call to the drive and called me back in 5 mins. Again after 15mins, No one call me back. I called back to the store and Peter asked me to hold the phone, he was just going to make call to the driver. Finally he gave me the answer was «NO DELIVERY TO YOUR HOME TODAY». I was so mad.
He said the manager didn’t arrange my delivery. I said it was written on the invoice and I called yesterday to confirm the delivery. He said he didn’t know what happened!
All the delivery arrangement was by the Manager. Then I tried to find the manager but he was not there. I was so frustrated and angry.
On the Next day, my husband called to the store for manager but he was not there again. Peter (the salesman) said he would asked the driver to delivery the mattress for us today. Then we waited till 3pm the delivery guys came and we found out that the mattress was opened bag, dirty, damages (a few holes) and old. (just like the display one). The delivery guys were gone and we called to the store and complaining about that. Peter said he would wrote down the compliant notice to the manager. The manager would call me tomorrow. I was so so so mad and angry… how terrible was the service!!!
On the Third day, I couldn’t wait to called to the manager about the terrible thing. The manager said he ordered a new one for me this morning and would be ready next Friday. I asked what time, He said in heavy tone «I said It would be on Friday» OMG… the manager was speaking so loud and didn’t even apologize to me. So IMPOLITE and RUDE!!!
Finally a week later, my husband called to confirm the delivery with the manager and promised the time must be between 12−3pm, but the driver came at 5:30pm. and he asked my brother helped him to carry the mattress. OMG!
I SWEAR THAT I MUST NEVER GO BACK TO THIS TERRIBLE FURNITURE STORE!!! AND I’M HIGHLY WARNING To CUSTOMERS, DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE EVEN THEY ARE DOING SALE OR BLOW OUT SALE!
DON’T PAY FOR THE RUDE SERVICE!!!

After reading all the bad reviews, I wanted to visit to see for myself. We are looking for a few pieces. We entered and the store was fully packed so it was very hard to maneuver throughout the store. The pieces seemed ok but nothing stood out. The prices were comparable to the other furniture stores. We did not see one other person while in store. Not another customer, not 1 sales person. I wouldn’t return and I am glad I read through the filtered reviews to get a better idea as well.

Horrible ! Orderred a sofa since January, specifically mentioned grey sofa, then it came in brown, went back and reordered but they orderred wrong again, then after another month, The salesman, Kuldeep called me and said the factory is out of fabric and he just received fax notification ! WTF. Seriously. Now its April, 3 months since i orderred. Two week ago I called him he said will wait for truck driver to return then call me back, last week called again, he said the same thing… today I called no one answer. I am just frustrated and I couldn’t believe this horrible service i got from JR !

Nice stuff than i thought. tough one to rate since these furniture stores seem to offer sales, wheelin n dealin’ all the time but i’m just rating on this for their customer service and the wide array of great sofas & coffee tables.
Though i didn’t buy anything, i am considering these new style coffee tables where the top actually elevates higher so you can eat and drink without bending over hurting one’s back while sitting on the sofa — amazing what they think of these days.
and these recliner sofas, loveseat style but w/​an extra kicker for the boys: cup holders and a little cubby hole to store about 3 bags of chips, & a box of Oreo cookies… just needs a mini fridge beside it for the beer and coke zero ;)
At $ 775 — 1000, it’s worth considering when the hockey season starts!

My parents bought furniture from them just after Christmas and it was one problem after another. I was helping out the entire time so even though I didn’t buy the furniture from them I had to deal with them
First, the sales associate was new and screwed up the method of payment and the delivery date. But we weren’t told about this until the day before it was supposed to be delivered. They called my mother and told her they were delivering Wednesday instead of Sunday, which was what we scheduled. We went to fix the payment error and to discuss the delivery and they told us that they never deliver on Sundays and that they would not have set that up.
So yesterday (Saturday), a week later, they came to deliver the furniture. We were told that they were coming between 11 – 1, but when my mom called to confirm they said they would be there at 2. That’s fine, they were a little behind. 2:45 rolls around and they still had not arrived. I call them and they show up awhile later. Upon arrival they storm through the house in their dirty muddy shoes. When I told them where they should set things up, they told me they don’t do that when it clearly said on the receipt that set-​up was included. So they tell us they can come back at 11PM or MIDNIGHT to set it up. They told me that they were hungry and needed to take a lunch and they were behind on delivers so they could not set up our stuff. I call the manager, who tries to call them, but they would not pick up their phones and refused to talk to the managers on my phone. Finally they were willing to talk to the manager when I closed the front door and I stood in front of it when they tried to leave.
They talk to the manager and decided they would only stay if we let them have lunch first. So we agree and they ate their lunches in the house and after about 30 minutes they started setting my mom’s furniture. Side note, they ate some of my mom’s food because one of them did not have his lunch on him. They finally finished at 4:15, 3 hours and 15 minutes after they were supposed to deliver.
During the whole process they were rude and uncooperative. I told my mom that the prices were not worth the hassle.
I would NEVER recommend or buy anything from them.
