One of the few establishments in town for teaching specialized software(they’re an Autodesk Authorized Training Centre) besides BCIT. Parking is available along Shellbridge, but the streets completely fill up by 0830. There are also 10 or so guest spots in front of the building, but one needs to get a pass for those to park all day. Otherwise it’s a 3h maximum. The«office» is really a few conference rooms, a lunch room, and a classroom for computer software training. One neat thing is that the instructor can flip between the various students’ screens, so he or she doesn’t actually have to actually get up and walk over. The instructor can also take over the mice and keyboards as necessary. As an added bonus, there is a coffee machine, and a small bowl of granola bars, in multiple flavours. Definitely nice, considering the courses here cost more than double than the same courses at BCIT. With that said, this place offers 5 day courses(40h instruction), while BCIT often takes 12 weeks to do the same thing. If you want to learn the specialized software quickly, it’s worth the premium.
