Cutting Edge Custom Painting

Cutting Edge was recomemded to us by a friend as doing good quality work for a fair price. After the work was compketed we were dissapointed in the quality of their work as it was somewhat «lazy’ and rushed.
Here’s the breakdown:
The Pro’s
–Super nice people from office staff, owner/​estimator to painters!!!
–On time start and finish as promied.
–Proffesional in appearance and actions (not in quality of work)
The Con’s
–Estimate was about 20% higher than other two quotes however CE could do the work almost immediately.
–Rushed & Sloppy work:
Did not remove switch or plug plates
Crooked lines
Asked that any wall damage be repaired. They did this downstairs but not upstairs.
Broad brush strokes left on 6 light shades then spun around to the back so we did not notice, should of removed before painting.
Missed several tight spots and left old colour of paint (old yellow vs new grey)
Summary
Very nice people, but bassed on our experience
No we would not use them again or recommend to a friend.
Full disclosure: We did not complain and CE did not get a chance to fix their work due to the fact that we had guests staying in the house for 1 month immediately after the painting.
