Fast and friendly service. When I needed to get my windshield replaced for an out-​of-​province inspection, I got an appointment the very next day. I was told it would take approximately 3 hours, but knowing that I needed to take the car back to the shop to finish the inspection the same day, they got it done even faster.
Before making the appointment I checked prices on the internet, and the price I was quoted was on the low end of what I was expecting. Hopefully I won’t need to come back, but if I do — or know someone else in need of an auto glass replacement — I’ll know where to go.

I had a chip on my windshield, which then turned into a crack. Out of pure procrastination I avoided it and didn’t care. Alan brought it to my attention and explained how easy it would be to replace. He also knew more about the replacement costs with my insurance. Alan followed up with me next week and said it could be replaced inside a day. Even better all I had to do was hand him the keys when I arrived at work. True to his words, my cars windshield was replaced before then end of the day and my car delivered back to me. It could not have been an easier process!

Quite frankly this is a place that you don’t want to come visit very often, just like ICBC. But accident do happens… and when you need them, they were there!
I was so pissed yesterday when my 3 month old car’s windshield was chipped. My coworker recommend them to me & today I am hitting the highway again, Happy! These guys did a really good job to save my windshield & the hassle (deductible) to deal with ICBC…
Both Coleman & Alan were very accommodating, the perfect job was done within an hour while I was having my brunch. They just got another satisfied customer — me!

These guys are super honest! Brought in my car a few weeks back, as I was concerned a chip in my lower right side, thankfully, that’s a size of about a quarter (as per pic), and Allan said that it should be ok. Shouldn’t get worse but obviously, with the amount of time I spend in my car, probably will take care of it soon.
If it was on my side, I’d change this in a heartbeat.
Not that I’m a person of perfection, but hey, that’s what I pay the big bucks for my insurance for lol.

I cannot add too much else that hasn’t already been said. This place is fantastic! I chose this place based on all of the great reviews and was not disappointed. It was my first time getting a window replaced, and the guy at the front counter (Ray? Sorry if I got your name wrong!) explained the process to me and the price was really good. I picked up my car that day and was happy to find that they had vacuumed and cleaned the interior of my car! If you need a window repaired or replaced, bring it here!

I can gladly say that all of the recommendations that I have given for this location of Broco Autoglass is well founded. Allen and his staff care about the customers safety over the short termed thinking other businesses have when it comes to customer care and appreciation. I brought in a friend to her her glass done and they were more than helpful and fair and we were able to get the job done. Now I know that if she has a friend who needs glass repair, she will recommend them and word of mouth advertising is the best. Don’t just take your car to any Broco. This is one of the best.

Today was my first visit to Broco in Richmond. I would highly recommend them. They completed the windshield replacement in less time than quoted and when I arrived to pick up my vehicle I asked if they could look at a chip in our second cars windshield. They not only fixed within 15 minutes, it was free of charge!

Alen at Broco is amazing! This is hands down the best experience I’ve had at a glass repair place. I thought I had a couple of chips on my windshield but Alen took one look and told me the chip actually didn’t go through and that I didn’t need to get it filled. How honest was that?! He even offered to buffer it down a bit so it looks better for free!
While I was waiting, we started talking about Croatia and he gave me recommendations for Balkan delis. Overall, I’m super thrilled with my experience here and will take my car back if I need future repairs. I also shopped around and the price is better than speedy so I’m sold!

I came here today to get my windshield repaired after suffering a rock chip on Hwy 97 last week. I had called for a price on Saturday afternoon (they are the best deal around, check it out for yourself!), and the service I received was more than pleasant. I was assisted by the manager when I brought my vehicle in today. He was very friendly and the turnaround time was quick. This is a busy shop and I can see why — the manager is hardworking, exceptionally friendly and the service itself exceeded all of my expectations. Every worker is buzzing around getting things done, but you would never know it by how friendly and courteous they are to customers. Even better, the rock chip is hardly visible after the repair!
Overall, I had a great experience at Broco Glass and would recommend it to anyone. It was well worth the drive from Vancouver. Thank you Broco Glass! You’ve reinstated my faith in auto service shops!

Woke up this morning, only to find my front driver glass smashed in at 7:30am. Damm thieves got nothing from me but a $ 3 charger! I was in a hurry to head to work too, and not to mention a rainfall warning effect in Vancouver, just my luck.
I called my VW dealer, said they would call me back in 20 minutes. I was in a hurry as it was, so I went on Unilocal and looked up auto glass and Broco glass came right up! Allan answered my phone call in an instant, gave me an awesome quote ASAP even though he wasn’t in the office yet! I cleaned up as much glass as I could, drove down Knight Street bridge hoping no trucks or cars would splash me, since I couldn’t put plastic bags on my window or else I can’t see, made it in one piece, and the office couldn’t be in a more central location. Located right on No. 3 Road near Cambie by the Tim Horton’s with plenty of parking space.
Since I live in East Van but work in Richmond, Broco glass was very close. Ray, the guy at the desk that helped me out, was so calm and nice! He offered me a loaner car, and I made it to work! Only one hour late, didn’t need to take a sick or vacation day.
1:30pm hits and Ray offered to drive my car to my workplace and swap cars so he could pick up the loaner. I couldn’t believe it, done so fast, less than 4 hours! My car was spotlessly clean. If anyone has cleaned up broken glass in a car, it is almost impossible to get the little pieces. They use compressed air to get all the pieces out if you’re curious how they do it. My window worked fine, went up and down, down and up, no problems. I got my receipt in hand at work and didn’t have to pickup my car after work! I’m pretty sure this service is only if you’re in the same area i.e.) Richmond to Richmond, Burnaby to Burnaby etc…
Lesson learned, don’t ever leave anything in plain sight, even a cheap $ 3 charger! Theives will steal anything! They didn’t even take my coins in the compartment, or my CD’s! I’m hiding everything from now on, even my air freshener!

When I damaged my windshield a few weeks ago, I called 3 or 4 places to get estimates. I ended up going with Broco because they were conveniently located, and priced competitively.
I dealt with Alen — the owner of the shop. He drove out to my office and took my car into the shop, so I didn’t have to take time off work. A few hours later, he dropped it back off again. He was extremely professional, and made the process super easy.
I would definitely recommend this Broco location for auto glass repairs.
