Big O Tires

HORRIBLE! I asked for a Mount and Balance on 4 tires and they DID NOT do it at all. I went back the first time at 3PM and they said that they were closed and will not do it. I went back the second time hoping to have them fix the shaking issue and they tried to blame the problems on my tires. They just re-​balanced the front tires and did not take care to do the back ones. I still felt the shaking and went back for the 3^rd time to fix their mistake. They REFUSED to fix their errors even when they went on a test drive with me and saw the issue. BEWARE! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I went to another tech and it was fixed and found that they didn’t do it right at all! Big O tried to blame the tires and the machine but they were just unwilling to do the work.

People there are ok but mechanics are inexperienced, we thought they are expertise of tires which advertized on their web.
Our car was squeaking after we changed the tires at Canadian Tires on Grandview & Rupert St in Vancouver in the first place. BEWARE! Don’t do there as the assistance manager is very rude and didn’t do anything after the tires causing the spinning and squeaking the next day.
We brought to our car back to the Toyota dealership, yet they couldn’t get it fixed.
Then, we brought to Big O Tires and they couldn’t get it fixed neither but charged us over $ 160 for changing a $ 10~20 belt + labor, neither.
Turned out that we looked at the reviews at Unilocal here, and went to Granville & Avery Automotive which most people recommend and rated 5 stars, and the guys there are simply experienced and smart, they did the job for free because minor adjustment of the rear brakes has to be done only!
