Not the greatest experience.
Ordered contacts on Jan 11, 2016
It was not processed at all until I emailed them
Jan 17 — They repied back and said that it was going to be shipped out.
Jan 18 — The status was changed to ‘Shipped’. So I patiently waited.
Jan 27 — No contacts arrived. I decided to just follow up to see if there will be tracking number or what’s going on with the shipment.
Feb 1 — They emailed back stating that they will check with Canada Post.
Feb 2 — They emailed back again stating that they are not going to wait for Canada Post to do their investigation, they will simply send another batch out for me. Again, no tracking numbers. I did ask if they can expedite since it has been so long and I really need my contacts. They agree to honour expedited shipping. So I thought, OK, that should be reasonable.
Feb 8 — Till now, nothing. I assumed expedited shipping would be in a few days? I did a follow up on Feb 6 and there is still no answer…
I have waited almost a month for my contacts. I don’t recommend anyone to buy from them.

So I ordered a years worth of contact lenses from them a week ago online, and to this day, their website still shows «processing» for the status of my order. My email to them has gone unanswered, and when you call them, nobody picks up, and the voicemail box is full…
So I hope I will even get my contacts soon because I am even concerned if they are still in business are not with all these red flags.
Of course, they’ve already charged my credit card too…

UPDATE: So the lenses shipped a week after I had expected them to ship, as it turns out they weren’t in stock. Would have appreciated them letting me know, instead of me following up to see why I hadn’t received a shipping notification yet, and then being told that…
As a positive, it turns out the contact lens manufacturer had some promo going on that I wasn’t aware of, and to their credit, they shipped the extra free lenses too with a note stating that.

You get what you pay for.
Yes, I agree that this place is cheap, but I’m not so sure it’s worth buying from unless you’re willing to wait weeks.
I live less than a 10 minute drive from their warehouse, so I’m really disappointed they don’t allow in-​store pickup. I had to buy a minimum to get free shipping, and even then… to have it brought from their warehouse to the post office to the distribution center to the shipping center to the delivery truck to my house… when I’m right there.
I originally bought from them because their site claims «90% of orders arrive within 3 – 5 business days,» and in that same timeframe mine still says «processing.» (again, being 10 minutes away…) I’d appreciate an e-​mail to let me know my choices are out of stock and thus shipping will be delayed, but nope, nothing.
I hope they read their reviews here. The site itself is fine — guys, we’re just complaining that you don’t communicate with your customers and you should offer something to your local buyers. It’ll def. help your business!

Just ordered contacts from this site at a very reasonable price. It was much cheaper than any of the other sites. Delivery arrived on time and they went out of their way to get a promotion from the manufacturer and sent me an extra pair of monthly’s for free!
Plus shipping was free! What more could I ask for!

I decided to order from this site for the first (and last) time. I placed my order on August 20^th, it didn’t ship until August 28^th (a grand 8 days later, seriously) and now on September 3^rd, I still haven’t received anything. I was told that one of the contacts I ordered were not in stock but in that case, they should have still mailed out the other contacts instead of waiting over a week for the out-​of-​stock ones. It was such a waste of time.
This site states that the contacts should arrive 3 – 5 days, additional 3 – 4 days if there’s been a backorder. I’ve been waiting 11 business days (soon to be 12) and I haven’t received anything. I also live in Alberta, neighbouring BC, so this is just sad.

Just ordered contacts from this site on Friday and they arrived on Monday. I was a bit skeptical because they were so much cheaper than anywhere else and I couldn’t figure out why. Everything was delivered as ordered. If you want to save some money (I ended up saving $ 80) I’d definitely recommend them.
