i went into Aritzia at richmond centre the other day. No one greeted me or offered to help me since i am a brown girl i’m guessing. i noticed as soon as a Chinese girl came in the staff greeted her and offered to help… What am I? chopped liver? … I believe Aritiza employees are very racist… It’s not like I’m a type of person not to buy anything. everything in my closest is Aritzia !!! But never i’m considering not to go there anymore since the staff is very rude

The least favourite, especially from a guys point of view: not much seating lol. Prefer the Oakridge one. Anyhow, it’s smaller too, and actually don’t find the staff as friendly. One nice thing is the changing rooms are more open facing out so its easier finding the missus lol. Located across Browns.

I dislike the customer services here, most of the staffs are so pushy, and some are rude. If I really want something from Aritzia, I will just buy them online. Not recommend shopping in the store!

I frequent Aritzia often and I have to agree that this location is probably the best customer service I receive. The clothes fit me to a T, but the sizes do vary from brand to brand. One manager, H, provided excellent customer care in accommodating my request and concern with no question. I was very appreciative. She is the tall and pretty manager :) Currently, they have the summer sale and I found great deals.

The richmond location is my favorite aritzia! The girls here are a lot nicer than the other locations and don’t push sales on you! It’s also a lot less hectic/busy so it allows me to shop in peace. I’m never been disappointed with the quality of Aritzia ‘s clothing items. I only buy a few pieces per season but it’s definitely worth the investment.

I feel like I have started phasing Artizia out of my life. Every time I step foot in there, they just want to suck what you have in your wallet. There girl’s here seem a bit nicer than a few other locations, but then again, it depends on which day of the week you hit. Did I mention the quality is really going down the drain? There isn’t really anything that motivates me to wander back in to Aritzia anymore. Back to online shopping it is…

Growing up in Vancouver, it’s become habitual to enter Aritzia in order to browse the trendy and pretty clothes. But it’s also become natural to note what you like, and try to find it elsewhere. Since it’s well-known that Aritzia’s stuff can be a little pricey. However, Aritzia carries some great investment pieces that just can’t be replaced with anything else. Two of my favourite recent purchases are their perfectly fitted and tailored blazer($ 125) and their casual fall/winter cotton jacket($ 110). Extensive knowledge and support from the staff, surrounded with wonderful clothes, makes this place a girl shopping haven. (This review is the same as the one I wrote for the Robson Street Aritzia)
