I went there for a free 30 minute session and loved it. Anna (I’m 90% sure that’s her name) was super nice, supportive, and attentive. It kicked my butt but it was a great environment and I’ll be going back.

Yesterday evening I went to Richmond’s 30 Minute Hit location to hand in my cancellation notice. The girl was nice and told me she would fill in the form for me. I left and quickly came back to get a copy of the form for my own records. She wrote that I’m a «QUITTER» as my reason to cancel. If something isn’t working for their members, they’re not allowed to cancel? I thought in this industry places like these are suppose to motivate you and encourage you. Reading this made me appalled. If her attitude is like this, why would I want her to ‘train’ me? Her actions solidify why I don’t want to give this place my hard earned cash anymore.
