Only came here because if the groupon deal and didn’t do the bikini line, only the centre. I’ve tried many places and this was the most painful Brazilian I had ever experienced. She used hard wax which I’ve tried before but she would keep the wax on too long and when I had to pay the taxed on the groupon she kept the change as a tip to herself even though I asked for the change back. I must have spend close to an hour there when a Brazilian usually only takes 5 – 10 mins. Worst waxing experience of my life.

Bought a brazilian deal for $ 17 on Groupon. Fine print states that a brazilian removes all hair, versus a bikini wax which only removes partial hair. Went to merchant’s office, which is in her townhome. After she started waxing, she stops and states that that my voucher was only for «the middle» (it clearly wasn’t) and that there are extra fees for a full brazilian. I asked her who would ever agree to only waxing the middle, to which she replied that she would do a full wax for full price, but she would not offer her full services for $ 17. Fine print stated nothing about doing a partial brazilian wax. I’d never heard about waxing only the middle, which I can only describe as «a reverse landing strip», and was shocked that someone would even offer this. I felt like i had no choice but to agree to extra charges for proper service, especially since she had already begun waxing. Also, she used the «dry on» wax, which is much more painful than the regular wax that uses strips. All around uncomfortable experience. Received refund from Groupon and would never go back.
