Richmond Hill Pro Bowl

Our experience started when we arrived to partake in the Sunday «All you can bowl». Upon our arrival we were unapologetically told that the offer was not eligible. After no real explanation, the fun continued as the abrasive staff member REFUSED to break up our lane charge for our party of 6. We begrudgingly payed our total amongst ourselves and headed to our lane. After we threw a few balls the machine was not keeping score. We had to get an attendant to fix the problem. Then the balls jammed. We were then relocated to another lane. They spent some time fumbling with the machine before informing us that it too was broken, and that we would again be moved. We had arrived at 8pm and had payed for 2hrs, with the lanes closing at 10pm. After the numerous technical difficulties, the man informed us he would compensate us with extra time… which seemed to expire as soon as the clock struck 10. Again we sought an explanation, and were met with an ignorant barrage of excuses. The equipment looks like it belongs in a sporting museum, and obviously breaks frequently. Completing their basic duties, maintaining the machines, and helping customers seems to be a torturous task for the pro bowl employees. Not only are they completely complacent with customer service; I don’t think it’s in their vocabulary.

Um-​m-​m… Was there for 3 times in total: Very inconsistent experience, bordering on very disappointing. For the first couple of times I brought my shoes with me and everything was kind of ok (female employees was taking care of us) — not stellar, but ok. Third time wasn’t the charm by any means: the grumpy man at the desk said that «these shoes are not acceptable» and when I said that they seemed to work a couple of times before, his reply was «well, they don’t anymore»… I mean, really? :-/​Needless to say, that I’ve never visited since then and not planning to in the future.

Took advantage of a Groupon deal and hit up this place with a few friends on a Friday night. It’s a little hidden inside a small plaza but once you find it there’s plenty of parking.
This place is really dated and the décor has not been touched; but the place is relatively clean if you are just there to bowl.

Its been here a while, love the service, they listen to everyone especially kids. even if it’s not the weekend, they will still turn on the disco lights for the kids. I love the casual feel

Not a bad bowling alley. The staff seemed a little anxious but the alley is clean and there’s lots of parking.
