History

Established in 2007.

We opened our store March 2007 on Edward St in Richmond Hill, but quickly realised we needed to expand. That when we moved to 10 119 Yonge St. in November of 2007. Since then we have had a steady flow of customers coming through our doors every day.

We have had many knit groups, but for the past year our Charity Knit group which meets every other Wednesday has been a major success.

I have knitted for many years starting when I was around the age of nine, but started knitting steadily back in 1972. After 1972, I begun crochet. Todate I have not been able to determine which form I prefer. I guess I love them both.

I have to say the people who run this store are great!!! They are always helpful and are experts in the art of knitting and crochet. The variety of yarns is amazing and my favourite room is the baby room that is full of colour and life. The most appealing feature to this store is the amount of variety one can find and the friendly and positive attitudes of the staff. Great place to go for your yarn desires and excellent customer service. It’s a must see store:)))

I just adore this store! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I once had an associate help me over the course of about a half hour in scouring the entire inventory in search of the perfect neon lime yarn for a project. The selection is quite vast for such a tiny floor space, and the prices for cottons and wools are on par with the package of Red Heart you would find at Michaels. The parking isn’t convenient, but the selection and staff make it worth your while!
