I’ve been with Dr. Chim for at least the past decade.
She is 100% competent in what she does. She’s very thorough in her examination — this causes some delay as she doesn’t finish with her patients until she’s satisfied.
Her team is efficient and there’s usually 3 of them at the counter so you won’t have to wait to be served if you don’t need to see Dr. Chim herself.
Glasses brand and prices range from moderate to expensive — quality is slightly above the optometrist at shopping malls.
