U-Haul Company

Picked up a car hauler trailer here to rent and drop off in Edmonton. Service was pretty slow and one of the guys was nice, but the guy who was helping me wasn’t particularly friendly. At every other Uhaul location that I’ve used, the staff has helped you get the trailer attached to your vehicle. The non-​friendly guy just told me to put it on and tell them when I was done so they could look it over and make sure I did it right. It was raining very hard (I hadn’t checked the weather before coming to Red Deer and hadn’t brought a rain coat) so I did it myself and got soaked in the process.
They are just an agent for Uhaul so all they basically have to do is provide customer service. They didn’t do a terribly good job of it.
