Fantastic experience getting my computer fixed. Less money than Best Buy by far and better customer service too. The technician Karim (can’t recall how it is spelt, sorry) really explained what and why he did what he did with my computer. Another technician that looked like a young kid helped me out with some questions too, he was very pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable.
Over all it took only two days to get my computer back. It’s definitely working great now :)

This afternoon my wife and I visited this location to look at Android devices. While looking at one on display, I accidentally set off the alarm. After a bit a sales clerk arrived. He disabled the alarm and seemed irritated. I asked a few questions and decided to take my business to Best Buy.
