I’ve eaten at this restaurant twice since I was attending events in the hotel. They offer a lunch buffet for $ 16 and it seemed to be a popular choice but I decided that was too much for midday. The menu offered a variety of sandwiches and I decided on the turkey club and fries. The food came out quickly and the sandwich was good and lots of fries. I was stuffed and couldn’t finish the fries. Service was attentive and my water was refilled throughout my meal. Decent price of $ 13 too. Would be happy to come back here for a quick meal if I had to attend an event in the hotel.

It was my brother’s birthday on Friday, and so every year my mom and I meet in Red Deer to celebrate. We try and pick a different restaurant each time, this year, she choose Remington’s at the Black Knight Inn for their buffet. I didn’t expect the buffet to be nearly as plentiful, well-rounded and delicious as it was. For $ 18.95, we were offered a spread of breakfast and lunch dishes. Breakfast was waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, hashbrowns and eggs benny. The lunch spread included four or five different kinds of salads, ribs, rice, and the likes. Our server, Samantha, was sweet and friendly and kept the coffee coming. Honestly, it’s more than I would’ve expected at a buffet in a hotel in Red Deer. Though an omelette station may have garnered a five-star review from me ;).
