I walked in and waited at the front desk area. The receptionist was on the phone and pretended like I wasn’t there. I know she was busy at that moment but a nod or a smile of acknowledgment would have been nice!
When she got off the phone, I was half-​ass greeted with a snarky «do you have an appointment?» Do people realize that sounds rude and un-​friendly to be greeted with a question of wether one has an appointment or not? Just say «hello, how are you today?» and then you will find out wether they have an appointment or not.
I was so turned off by her pissy attitude that I replied with «nope» and I then turned around and walked out. I don’t want to give my business to such a snarky person!
I had an opposite, great experience at the Chatters at Bower place on the other side of town tho!
