I’ve definitely experienced better. I had my car in for repairs, and the only thing they really got right was the paint (matching, application). The door window wouldn’t roll up and down properly in cold weather (which took the rest of the year to find that out), the headlight was clearly aimed wrong, and the front bumper wasn’t properly reinstalled. To remedy this a few months later, they offered to fix the issue but I would have had to pay for the labour. For a car as common as mine, they should have got it right the first time. No excuses — I notified my insurance company to make sure they give me more options in the future. Red Deer has plenty of competition in this field.
