I’ve been to this place twice. the first time was fantastic! the second time however wasn’t at all what i wanted! i came in for a color correction and cut. the color part took 4 hours. i asked karla a few times if the color was going to blend and be the same thought out. of course she said yes. (i have a lighter color on top, and black color under.)
all the time of my hair was perfect, but after looking all through i found every color under was all different. so really not i cant wear my hair in any up-do’s.
when she did my cut i asked her to leave my length and thin out for summer. so she did a trim. then when shen got to the thinning (4.5 hours into the appt.) she just thinned all the black parts of my hair. none of the lighter parts of my hair, it’s hard to picture, but it looks like i have a mushroom hair cut, and very thin random black hairs under… its so awful. and to boot she charged me $ 230

Excellent service! The staff is always friendly & professional. When disturbing the owner while he is attending a customer, it is done in a discreet fashion.
The place is clean & well taken care of. Come Halloween or Christmas, they go all out for costumes and decorations. I mean ALL out! Personally, I think they should have a public display or website including pictures of past Halloween costumes!
The head massages during washing are to die for. The earlier you show up, sometimes the longer the massage. I was practically sleeping & drooling, after my most recent visit.
They offer coffee or cold water. (Possibly tea, but I’m not sure. I’m not a fan.) Cappelli also offers free Wi-​Fi!
The prices are competitive. (I have my haircut by the owner. I’m quite pleased with his work and regularly receive compliments.)
Edit: Recently, Cappelli changed their policy. They now charge $ 15 for a 15 – 20 minute head massage. (Request Cimone, if you can! She’s fabulous!!)
