Really enjoyed our meal here, but it is hard to point to any single outstanding feature. Biggest plus: it’s off the main tourist circuit and yet close to the sites. Well cooked, eye-catching dishes, and you can BYOB. This is a great third or fourth night dinner — you’ve done the tourist thing, the gloss of the unexplored is starting to wear off. You have become ore acclimatized and you want to dive a little deeper away from the shiny stuff on the larger boulevards. Our host spent a good deal of time with us while seemingly also keeping the restaurant going by himself. We all pretty much had the standard Lebanese fare — although the falafel stood out as being spicier than I have had up to this point. As we walked back into the residential streets after a fine dinner, I felt for the first time on this vacation as if we had left something of ourselves back in the restaurant.

A great find for lunch while visiting from US. No English menu, but staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Wonderful food.

This place is great. The food was spectacular and the service was unbelievable. Happened to be our honeymoon and we mentioned it in passing to our waitress. At the end of our meal we got a personalized slice of cake! The food here is very well priced and perfect portion. The quality of my filet mignon was superb and the lamb dish of my new wife was perfect. Definitely coming back here! Also, if you like tea, i would highly recommend the fresh mint tea! Lastly its byob — so pick up a nice bottle of your favorite alcohol on the way!
