Very tasty, service is polite and rapid. Good atmosphere and good experience in general. Portions are reasonable for the price. Again very tasty.

We were recommended this place by our hotel manager. Very nice ambience. The food’s real good albeit the portions are small. The one downside is the wait took forever but they were real busy.

Excellent food. Service was also very good. Quiet atmosphere with the food coming at a perfect pace. We had khamera beef, pad Thai and a Bangkok veggies. You may need a reservation.

Pan Asian places scare me. Jack-of-all trades type of deal. This place seems to pull it off by limiting the menu. I had a ginger pork dish that was good. Quebec doesn’t seem to have a well-developed diverse cuisine like Montréal. The ethic food is not banging. The scene seems caught between a traditional culture and the need to change. The architecture is stunning. The history interesting. The food would not be a major selling point. But, if you want decent Asian eats, this place fits the bill.

Solid Vietnamese, Cambodian and Thai food. Good atmosphere. Good value. We ordered all Thai food. Great waiter. Food came quickly. Portions are not big, but are not unfairly small. I would definitely recommend this place. Great with our small kids, too.

Kind people, vegetarian page on the menu, excellent service, and delicious food. Tried the spring rolls, Phuket style vegetables and Curry style vegetables. The Tom Yum soup was the best I remember having had in my life. The warm towels at the end of the meal felt absolutely indulgent on this cold night, and were perfectly scented. Love this place.

Forgettable. That’s the word that pops into my mind as I left the restaurant behind. Service is polite, but impersonal… almost as if they want to see you *walk away*

Very nice family owned restaurant with amazing Thai & Combodian food, especially Bangkok rice. Two twins and their parents run this place. The interior is well done, and all of them wear traditional Combodian attire. Food tastes fresh, as you would expect from a family owned place.

Nice atmosphere, good food and service! We got the Bangkok rice and the Phuket chicken– both tasty! Would definitely recommend especially if you’re getting a little tired of the heaviness of typical French food.

The food was plentiful and very tasty. The combination platters are fun because you are able to sample items from several different countries. The crispy pork rolls were particularly good — I’m dreaming about them now. One of the entrée items included rolled and seasoned beef, which was so good! The service was friendly and prompt. I would most definitely return some day. Yay for Restaurant Apsara!

My girlfriend and I are vegetarian and this was my favorite option on our trip to Quebec. The rice and vegetables were excellent. Very friendly service as well.

Pretty good little hidden away restaurant if you want to grab some Asian food in Quebec. We went during lunch, so they only had a short little lunch menu for selection. I would recommend the first choice with fried shrimp and definitely remember to get the fried banana as dessert: P

We had tom yam soup, bangkok rice, bangkok chicken and chicken with mushrooms. Apart from chicken with mushrooms we found everything else good. I am not a fan of Thai food but this was good for a fairly decent price. The service is excellent. We forgot to take our takeout and the waiter ran behind us till almost our parking lot!

I’m from Toronto, so I’m used to really good exotic food. This was pretty good, for the location. Would recommend it.

I found this place online on Unilocal and it was only half mile from our hotel and we decided to check it out. The menu is extensive thai, chinese, vietnamese, japanese, malaysian etc. They have regular entrees or can order combos which comes at per person charge. we started off with tom yum soup and it was really good. Very tasty. For regular food I got phuket chicken and wifey got bangkot fried rice. Both were excellent and very tasty. Differently dont skimp on spices. Overall it was great experience and the service was excellent to.

Very surprised to find this place in the old town. And it wasn’t small, and quite crowded, but not with tourists. Food was good, spicing was appropriate. It had a vegetarian section to the menu. Overall, a good experience.

We are vegetarian and love Thai food in general, and have our pet dishes that we like to get. We had a chance to eat twice at Apsara in 3 days in Quebec City — the first time, we were very impressed with the excellent service and the fact that they had a vegetarian items page in their menu; we requested the food to be made spicy but were a little disappointed on the spice level(though we are used to this in Canada when compared to Texas); however we found the food fresh and interesting, and worth a second visit. The second time around we requested spicy again, and this time they got the spice level right and absolutely loved the food — the good bit was that we ate some new dishes and each dish had its own flavor. Also, all of us including my teenage boys loved the lightly scented hot and moist towels that they brought out for us to wipe our hands after the meal. A great option for vegetarians wanting some Thai/Cambodian food — you can get it spicy too as we did!

It’s my first time to Quebec, so me and my friends decided to give it a try. When we get there, we are welcomed by a really friendly food runner. I am really grateful they have her because there is no english menu for this restaurant so she explained the menu. We order the lunch special which is a entrée with appetizer and dessert. They have a really tasty egg-roll. It is crispy outside, soft inside and have a great filling. The fried pineapple is unexpectedly delicious. I gave it only 4 stars because it lacks the authentic taste that I like if I visited this kind of restaurant.

I think I’m probably a little spoiled living in a community full of Asians but I found the food here to be nothing special. It was our last night in Quebec and we wanted something different. We got one of the dinners for two which seemed a little overpriced for what you get. The service was friendly but slow. The food was okay but not great. Not the worst meal we had in qc(see Parmesan) but would not go back.
