It’s so great to find such urban quality sushi in a small town! The place is clean, nicely decorated and the service good. The food is top notch. The only complaint I really have is the music. Please try and find some classical Japanese music, or even western ambient — the radio with its blaring intermittent commercials and random playlist is not conducive to the vibe I am sure you would like to create. Other than that, will be returning next time we go to Qualicum for sure!

A sushi gem in a small town! I’ve been here a dozen times; always very happy with both the quality and service. Fresh and delicious!

Not the best sushi I’ve ever had, but the service was nice and the place was cute. Good udon soup!

If your in Qualicum looking for good sushi then look no further! We where seated quickly and had drink on our table faster then the speed of the Chef’s knife. The décor is quite modern but not without the flair of the Japanese culture. The Sushi is top shelf. All the different rolls we had was flavorful and was made with quality ingredients. Pricing is on par with most good Sushi bars not over the top but not cheep. My Wife is in a wheelchair so accessibility is very important to any of our reviews. The restaurant is wheelchair friendly until you get to the bathroom doors, there you will find that you can wash your hands but not without keeping the door open. A typical size manual wheelchair does not have enough room to get all the way in. The entire facility top to bottom is clean as a whistle. We would gladly go back!
