Oh boy. An hour’s wait for a sandwich? Nothing makes me grumpier. The food was good when it finally came, but I was not able to enjoy it. Should have gone next door to the grocery store and made something for myself.

Yummy! We came here in the summer and were so happy to have discovered this place! The food is seriously so good and healthy. We are from the city and even with the huge selection of vegetarian restaurants this one is better than anything in Vancouver! We came here two days in a row! Everything we had was delicious but word on the street is the«Not Chicken Burger» is amazing! We wanna try that next time! We are back here in the winter and unfortunately they are closed for the holidays! Boo! We’ll be looking forward to coming back again in the summer!

If you visit Quadra Island, you must stop at Kameleon! The cute little restaurant is located in the main strip on Quadra. The menu is great with a selection of vegetarian, vegan, and non-vegetarian choices! They also have outdoor seating available. The wait for the food is a bit long, but it’s a small price to pay for the delicious food! I highly recommend the Monk’s Bowl! The atmosphere was great and the service was good. I hope to return and highly recommend a visit. Make sure you get there early though as they close at 3pm!

Just ate at Kameleon and it is still a great restaurant with flavourfull and good tasting food. Now they serve breakfast. This restaurant is a Must to eat at on quadra Island. It is part of our Quadra Identity.

Fantastic breakfast omelets and delicious honey-nut butter spread, good service, and a laid-back vibe. The outside seats have a view of the outdoor Saturday market. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed this little café while visiting Quadra. The Dragon Bowl is better than the Naam version in Vancouver, and if you go there for breakfast have the French Toast — it is ridiculous. I ate inside, as I had my fill of sunshine already on my trip but there was some nice outside seating too.

I cannot believe that this place is not on Unilocal!!!It is the friendliest, tastiest little café on the island of Quadra. It serves a full complement of vegetarian items and meat-lover items as well. My two meals there while vacationing at Bold Point Farm were fresh, flavorful and uniquely seasoned. They have indoor and outdoor tables and play unobtrusive new age type music. Check out their menu on the website. Please note that they are closed on weekends. Enjoy!
