Nicole Farrell is a tech savvy RE/​MAX Realtor with a background in advertising and marketing that enables her to market properties in print and online. She goes above and beyond her competition in real estate to include custom property websites, designer feature sheets and photography, virtual tours, newspaper advertisements and more. More importantly, she can identify the type of buyer that is looking for a particular home and advertise directly to them in the format they are searching (online, print, social media).

Nicole understands that working in real estate takes a lot more knowledge than what they teach in the courses so she chose to team up with her Mother, Julie Curran, who has over 15 years of experience working in the real estate business and acts as a mentor for Nicole. Nicole Farrell grew up in Port Perry, ON Canada and has enjoyed living in other communities but as an adult has come back with plans to establish her own family in this great town. She knows first hand the most sought after neighbourhoods to live in, the best local places to have lunch and the best way to spend a weekend in Port Perry.

Nicole appreciates living in a small town but understands that her business thrives in all of Durham Region and is familiar with the real estate market in Whitby, Oshawa and Uxbridge in addition to her hometown. Building a business network and getting to know her clients makes her a successful local Realtor that utilizes technology to it’s fullest but doesn’t forget the basics of great service.
