Showed up twice for my daughters contact lens fitting appointment and they cancelled, optician was a no show. No call, no customer courtesy, glasses and contacts too expensive, will buy online.

All staff including Doctor were very personable and made you feel like a friend while you were waiting. One girl had brought in cookies she had made (so cute!) and walked around with me looking at glasses while I waited for my eye drops to kick in. Took notes, gave me friendly honest opinions about glasses I was trying on… Zero pressure to buy glasses from them, didn’t make me feel guilty when I commented I couldn’t afford GUESS glasses ($$$!) and were just overall really nice. And the Dr made casual conversation with me while she was looking at my eyes… I just love when clinics make you feel welcome. They weren’t stiff and boring and didn’t make me feel like I was infringing on their day for showing up, like most doctors office receptionists and assistants act. AND she made notes on all these different lenses for me after I told her about my last ones getting scratched so easily… It was just nice.
And price was fair for exam ($ 115 — I’m sure there are cheaper places but I didn’t mind paying because they were just all so great.)
