Just an update, after finally meeting with Tony Spagnuolo, it was the direct opposite of my previous experiences. We showed up at 3pm (which we were told by the Para Legal) but the meeting was actually set for 3:30pm. Tony met us ahead of schedule without hesitation.
He was personable, professional and detailed through signing our terms etc. At the end, I had told him that I wish I could have said the same for the rest of our experience and explained what had happened.
He didn’t try to make any excuses, apologized, gave us a kickback for our troubles and explained why it happened. The reason was that the Market demand has become ridiculously high, and they took too many clients on. As such, corners were missed because their para legals were in over their heads.
I felt the reason and Tony’s professionalism made up for the stressful week we had. I’d like to recommend to anyone that is planning to go with them to be aware that their peak time is during July, so be wary during that time.
