Privilege Clothing

Ordered a dress from here and it was the most poorly made dress i have ever seen. It looked like a 6 year old had sewn it together. Strings coming out on all ends, uneven hemlines, etc. The dress was only about $ 50 so i wasn’t expecting anything spectacular but nonetheless I wanted to return it. The cost of shipping it back to canada was going to be $ 22! I contacted customer service to see if there was anything they could do for me and they were not at ALL helpful nor sympathetic despite me sending photos of the horrible dress i received. WORST customer service ever. I would never recommend this company to anyone. All they had to do was credit me back a portion of the shipping cost to even use as privilege credit to appease me, but they didn’t. Very disappointing.
