History

Established in 2001.

Before the hall was established back in 2007, we were a full community water-​sports centre. Not to say we aren’t now, we are even better than before with a waterfront hall upstairs and a fully housed open community water sports centre. Most profits from the hall go to the water sports efforts under the hall, which is excellent.

I am the assistant manager here at the Old Mill Boathouse. I have worked here since 2013, alongside my manager, Sue C., whom I have learned very much from and continue to every day. I am very happy I chose this job because of the people around me and the environment in general is great!
