While I don’t head-​over-​heels love this joint, I HAVE had luck finding cute gift accessories here (you know, for those times when you just need another something little to tuck in with a present you’ve already got?). They are definitely pricey, but the same can be said of Wish on a Star over in Newport Village, so I think that’s par for the course in my ‘hood.
They have an interesting assortment of knick-​knacks and decorative household items and isn’t a bad place to stop when you’re in a pinch for a hostess gift or the like. The service has always been friendly and helpful to me when I’ve stopped in. I will say that I’ve never ordered flowers though, so I’ve no idea if the horrors mentioned in the previous review might be the norm. Not a priority shopping location, but good in a pinch.

This place is awful! Worst customer service and the employees and owner are just as scattered as the store itself!
My boss asked me to order flowers for a friend of hers in the hospital. I ordered a $ 50 bouquet with card to be sent directly to the hospital on June 22 and they never sent them! It is now July 20^th! The whole process made me want to pull my hair out! The owner put my CC on file but I asked to receive an email invoice so my boss essentially could pay the bill. Never got an invoice. Called repeatedly, left voicemails, and the woman NEVER called me back. I even sent a friend who lives in the area to double check that everything was in order, and the owner told my friend they had been sent out… except they werent! My boss came into my office today asking me what happened to the flowers, making me look like an absolute idiot.
Thanks for nothing Bayshore! I will never order from here again, nor will I suggest this store to anyone. Blooming Buds in Coquitlam has my utmost loyalty now.
