Vielda’s Zumba classes are lots of fun. I love her music choices and choreography. She changes things up frequent enough to keep it fresh but not too frequent. It’s nice to become familiar with a routine.

Vielda’s Zumba class is so different from any other exercise class I’ve ever done… It makes me feel like I’m not actually working out, because it’s actually fun! The music is great, her moves are so unique and I love her natural energy that makes you want to shake your butt! Even my mom (who is 70) LOVES this class and has lost a few inches and pounds off her already toned frame… If my mom can keep up and do this class, I feel like I should be able to be just as good or better… it’s going to take me a couple more classes to get better than my mom! She lives and breathes this class now! The location is super close to my parents house in Port Coquitlam so I make sure to do this class whenever I’m in town on the weekends! I’m also dragging my husband to the class tomorrow morning… Let’s see how he does!
