James started this home inspection firm in 1986 and maintains his very high standards to this day. He was the founding president of the Canadian Home and Property Inspectors in BC, the most reputable home inspector association in Canada. James often appears on GlobalTV’s Ask-​an-​Expert segment on Sunday mornings, presents at industry seminars and conferences and is recognized as an industry expert. He takes the time to ensure his 11 inspectors are thorough, knowledgeable and have the expertise and experienced required in a home inspector for today’s savvy customer.
