I called to get an estimate (free) when the guy showed up he spent all of 3 mins looking at the door. Then spend 45 in his truck on the phone. Told me the price of the repair. I told him I will let them know later as I wanted to shop around. Told me I need to give a cash deposit. I told him credit. He said cash only. Really shady if a company only takes cash. No paper trail. I told him my girlfriend has the car and so I wouldn’t be able to go to the bank. He told me to call her to ask her to come home. All in all it just seemed as he was going to take my money and run. Then I said I will look elsewhere. He then proceeded to tell me I owe him $ 65 for services. It was a FREE! Estimate. I called the office to complain and was told the super would call me back. Never called. The «estimator» sat across from my driveway for another 20 mins before leaving. Take your business to a reputable company. AVOID!
